How to Reset My Hyper3D Password

If you created Hyper3D with an email address and password, you can start password recovery from the Hyper3D login page. Enter the account email before selecting Forgot password?; otherwise the page cannot identify which account should receive the recovery message.

Request a password reset

  1. Open Hyper3D login.

  2. Enter the email address used for the account.

  3. Select Forgot password? and follow the instructions sent to that inbox.

  4. Create a new, unique password and then sign in again.

Use only the newest recovery message. Links or codes can expire, and requesting another message can invalidate an earlier one.

If the message does not arrive

Check spam, junk, promotions, and any company email quarantine. Confirm the spelling of the address and allow a few minutes before requesting another message. Do not share a recovery link or verification code with anyone, including someone claiming to be support.

Google, GitHub, and SSO accounts

If you normally choose Sign in with Google, Sign in with GitHub, or Sign in with SSO, your password is controlled by that provider or organization. Reset it there instead of creating a separate Hyper3D password. Ask your organization administrator for help with SSO access.

Can I switch from Google sign-in to email and password?

Yes. Enter the email address associated with your Google account and follow the password reset instructions to set a password. Once your password is set, you can sign in to Hyper3D using your email address and password.

When recovery still fails

Contact Hyper3D through the website support chat or hello@help.hyper3d.ai. Include the account email and a description of the error, but never send your password, recovery code, API key, or full payment details.
