How to Purchase Hyper3d Credits
Users can buy direct credits through Wallet or receive credits with Creator and Business subscriptions. The article covers selecting the correct wallet, reviewing checkout details, verifying payment in History, and contacting support if credits do not appear.
How to Purchase Hyper3D Credits
You can obtain Hyper3D credits through a subscription or by purchasing direct credits. Subscription credits are included with an eligible plan and renew on its billing cycle. Direct credits use separate pricing and remain available until used under the current Terms. Before paying, select the wallet that should own the credits.
Purchase direct credits from Wallet

Sign in to Hyper3D and open the Wallet panel.

Choose Credits Top-Up, then select one of the displayed amounts or enter a supported custom amount.

Review the credit quantity, currency, taxes, payment method, and final total before confirming payment.

After payment succeeds, refresh Wallet and open History to verify the transaction.
Direct credits are currently listed at $1.50 per credit on the pricing page. The checkout amount is authoritative because prices, currencies, taxes, promotions, and payment methods can change.
Get credits through a subscription
Creator and Business subscriptions include credits and offer a lower effective credit cost for regular production. Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly plans charge the annual amount and renew annually even when the page shows a monthly equivalent. Compare current plan benefits and credit quantities before subscribing.
If purchased credits do not appear
Do not submit the same payment again immediately. Check Wallet History and your payment receipt, then refresh or sign in again. If the balance is still missing, contact support through the official Help Center feedback panel or hello@help.hyper3d.ai. Include the account email, wallet type, order or invoice number, purchase time, amount, and payment status, but never send a password or full card details.
