Can I Log In to Hyper3D With a Verification Code

Hyper3D does not currently show a standalone verification-code or passwordless email-code option on its public login page. The available sign-in methods are email and password, Google, GitHub, and SSO. A code used during recovery or identity verification is not a replacement for the normal sign-in method.

Choose the method linked to your account

  • For an email account, enter the registered email address and password.

  • For a Google or GitHub account, choose the matching provider button.

  • For an organization account, choose SSO and follow your administrator's instructions.

Using a different method can create or open a different identity, even when the provider uses the same visible email address.

When a verification code appears

Hyper3D or an identity provider may send a code while confirming an email, recovering access, or applying a security check. Enter it only on the official Hyper3D or provider page that you opened yourself. Codes are temporary and must never be shared through chat, email replies, screenshots, or support tickets.

If you cannot use your password

Enter your account email on the Hyper3D login page and select Forgot password?. Google, GitHub, and SSO users should recover access through the relevant provider or organization instead.

Get help with the correct identity

If you are unsure which method created the account, contact Hyper3D through the website support chat or hello@help.hyper3d.ai. Provide the account email and the sign-in methods already tried, but never provide a password, verification code, recovery link, or API key.
