Do Hyper3D Credits Expire
Subscription credits generally expire at the end of their subscription period, while directly purchased credits remain available until used under the current terms. Frozen credits are temporary holds that may be released, so check wallet labels and history before assuming a balance expired.
Do Hyper3D Credits Expire
Whether Hyper3D credits expire depends on how they were obtained. Subscription credits and directly purchased regular credits follow different rules, so check the labels and balances in the active Wallet instead of relying only on the combined total.
Subscription credits
Credits provided or gifted as part of a subscription are valid for the applicable subscription period and expire at the end of that period under the current Terms. They should not be assumed to roll over into the next billing cycle unless the current account interface explicitly says so.
Directly purchased credits
Regular credits purchased through Credits Top-Up remain valid until used under the current Terms. They are separate from a plan's recurring allowance.
Frozen credits are not expired credits
In result-based web workflows, credits can be temporarily frozen while a generated result awaits confirmation. The interface may show a release countdown. If no confirmation uses them, the unused frozen amount is automatically unfrozen when that timer ends. Check History before concluding that the amount expired or was permanently charged.
