Fix Common Hyper3d Export Problems
Export issues commonly involve missing texture links, incorrect units or axes, bad normals or alpha settings, unfinished packaging, or format limits. The guide provides checks for each symptom and recommends sharing task, format, application, version, and error details with support when needed.
Fix Common Hyper3D Export Problems
Export problems usually come from an incomplete file package, unsupported feature, transform mismatch, or material convention rather than the visible geometry alone.
Model appears white or untextured
Confirm that textures are available and verified in the model download stage, rather than relying on the Generate stage alone. If you export to a format that does not embed textures, make sure the texture files are correctly linked when importing the model into another rendering engine.
Scale or orientation is incorrect
Check source units, destination units, up axis, forward axis, pivot, and unapplied transforms. Compare the model with a known-size object and make one consistent conversion in the source or importer.
Faces are dark, transparent, or missing
Inspect normals, backface culling, alpha mode, overlapping surfaces, and negative scale. Recalculate normals only on a copy and verify that thin surfaces are meant to be single-sided.
Download or import fails
-
Wait for every generation job and packaging step to finish.
-
Retry the download without starting a duplicate generation.
-
Check browser storage, network policy, file size, and destination limits.
-
Convert a copy to another format to isolate format-specific problems.
If the issue continues, provide support with the task UUID, export format, destination application and version, error message, and a reproducible sample that does not contain sensitive data.
