How to recognize a suspicious page or message

  • Check the complete domain before entering a password, payment detail, or API key.

  • Do not install an app, browser extension, or add-on from an unverified download link.

  • Hyper3D staff should never need your password or a complete API key.

  • Treat requests for cryptocurrency, gift cards, remote-control access, or payment outside the official site as suspicious.

  • Do not trust an account only because it uses the Hyper3D or Rodin name and logo.

If you may have shared information with an impersonator

  1. Stop interacting with the site or account.

  2. Change the affected password and secure the connected email account.

  3. Revoke exposed API keys and create replacements.

  4. Contact your payment provider if financial information was submitted.

  5. Report the incident through hello@help.hyper3d.ai or the official website ticket form.
