- To initiate a refund request, you must contact our customer support team via email at hello@deemos.com within 7 days after the purchase. You must provide the necessary details, such as the order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review the request within 3 business days and notify you of the decision.
Refunds Decisions:
- If the refund request meets the eligibility criteria, a full or partial refund will be issued, depending on the nature of the request.
- The refund will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. However, we reserve the right to issue the refund via alternative methods if necessary.
- You should allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Please note that we are unable to refund the processing fee charged by the payment processor (Stripe). This fee, which is typically between 1.5% and 3% depending on the payment method, is retained by Stripe.
Disputes and Appeals:
- If you are dissatisfied with the refund decision, you may appeal by providing additional information or evidence to support your case.
- Our team will thoroughly review the appeal and provide a final decision within 7 business days.
