How to Get Support From Hyper3D

Choose the support channel that matches your question so the Hyper3D team can respond with the right context. Many product, account, billing, and API questions can be resolved through the Help Center or official documentation before you open a ticket.

Start with self-service resources

  • Search the Hyper3D Help Center for workspace, generation, credits, billing, and account guidance.

  • Use the Rodin API documentation for API authentication, request fields, task status, downloads, errors, add-ons, and data retention.

  • Check the current pricing page for plan access and credit information.

Contact product and account support

Open the live-chat panel on the official Hyper3D website. If the suggested answers do not solve the problem, choose the option to open a ticket. You can also email hello@help.hyper3d.ai for account, billing, privacy, or general service questions.

Enterprise and production inquiries

For Enterprise deployment, team administration, volume pricing, custom models, or production support, use the sales contact on the pricing page or email hello@help.hyper3d.ai. Existing Enterprise customers should use the contact path provided in their agreement.

API and community questions

The official Hyper3D Discord community is useful for documentation feedback and general workflow discussion. Never post API keys, private assets, invoices, personal information, or confidential production data in a public channel.

Include useful details in a support request

  • Account email address: Provide the email address associated with your account. Never share your password.

  • Product and operation details: Specify the product feature or module, page, model type, and operation you were using when the issue occurred.

  • Time and error details: When relevant, provide the approximate time the issue occurred, the task link, and the exact error message.

  • Environment and version details: For compatibility issues, include your browser, operating system, the application you were using, and the relevant plugin or add-on version.

  • Reproduction steps and screenshots: Describe the steps needed to reproduce the issue and attach a screenshot, with any sensitive information and personal data redacted.

Do not send a complete API key. If a key may be exposed, revoke it first and create a replacement.
