How to get Hyper3D Enterprise support

Hyper3D Enterprise is designed for production teams that need requirements beyond the standard self-service plans. The current offering can cover team-grade controls and administration, private on-premise deployment, custom LoRA and fine-tuning, volume pricing, and AI-plus-artist production support. These capabilities are scoped through a direct conversation and a custom agreement, so the first step is to give the Hyper3D team enough context to evaluate your project.

When to contact the Enterprise team

Start an Enterprise conversation when security, deployment, governance, scale, customization, or production assistance is a material requirement. Common examples include an on-premise environment, organization-level administration, substantial or growing generation volume, custom model work, integration into a production pipeline, or help taking generated assets closer to production readiness. Standard API access is available through the Business plan; Enterprise is most relevant when the standard plan does not cover an important operational or commercial requirement.

Contact Hyper3D

Review the current pricing and plan comparison, then email hello@help.hyper3d.ai from your company address. Use a clear subject such as “Hyper3D Enterprise inquiry — Company name” and identify one business contact and one technical contact when possible. The initial message should describe the outcome you need rather than assume that a particular architecture, service level, or delivery date is already available.

Include these details in your request

  • Your company, team, primary use case, and intended users.

  • The Hyper3D products involved, such as Workspace, Rodin API, DCC add-ons, or an internal pipeline.

  • Estimated monthly volume, peak concurrency, expected growth, target region, and launch timeline.

  • Hosting, network, data-handling, identity, audit, security-review, and compliance requirements.

  • Required 3D outputs, formats, quality targets, model controls, customization, and downstream tools.

  • Onboarding, production support, procurement, billing, legal-review, and vendor-review needs.

Do not include passwords, API keys, confidential assets, personal data, or other secrets in the first email. The Hyper3D team can establish an appropriate channel if sensitive technical material is needed later.

What happens after you make contact

The team may ask follow-up questions, arrange a discovery call, or request representative non-sensitive examples to understand the workflow. Availability, responsibilities, deployment design, security scope, usage commitments, support coverage, pricing, and timing should then be documented in the proposed agreement. Do not build a production dependency around a requested Enterprise capability until those details have been confirmed in writing.

Enterprise inquiry or ordinary product support?

Use the Enterprise contact for custom deployment, security and administration requirements, negotiated volume terms, custom model work, or scoped production services. For an existing account issue, billing question, suspected bug, or routine product guidance, follow the standard Hyper3D support process instead and include the relevant task or order details without sharing credentials.
